- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, customized items, or sale/discounted items unless they are faulty.

- Once approved, the item must be returned via a reliable courier service at the customer's expense.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7β10 business days.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method where applicable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or wrongly delivered.
